Lightbulb, "ah-ha!" moments
Journaling
Stop light (Green is good, yellow is in-between, red is stop)
Paper with markers, play-doh, squishy body parts - use these items to reflect on your weekend.
Draw (find words without words) - this creates choice and allowed for own comfort level and interpretation
Debrief by Taste - "Think about driving here... the moment you left home, what food comes to mind?"
Ask follow up questions to inquire deeper about responses.
Ubuntu Cards (or Chi-Jui) - Use the single image side to create a picture that sums up the weekend.
Tell the story.
Having a "toolbag" where you place different learnings or "tools" into where you can pull from and reflect at the end of the day.
"Teamwork", "communication" are umbrella terms. Encourage deeper analysis by filling those buckets with more specifics.

Celebrate successes of group
Frontload with "what do you want out of this?"
Immediate 1-on-1 debriefs after climbing
Have group circle about participants' emotions while climbing
Compare with how participant shares how they actually felt
Have the climber talk through the experience while climbing
Have a group intake form that gives the "why are you here" so you can front load with clear goals and expectations.
